Ice Cream Ingredients: Fresh whole milk 65,3%, fresh cream (milk); sugar, fresh eggs, glucose syrup, milk proteins, emulsifiers (vegetable mono- & diglycerides of fatty acids); vegetable stabilisers (carob bean gum, guar gum, carrageenan); natural vanilla flavouring.

Chocolate Coating Ingredients: Belgian milk chocolate 90% (sugar, cocoa butter 31%, dry whole milk 15,4%, cocoa mass 14,7%, emulsifier: soya lecithin; natural vanilla flavouring); cocoa butter 10%.

Free from preservatives and artificial flavours. Keep frozen below -18°C. Once thawed do not refreeze.
